Description
Villa Verde is an ultra-modern, spacious and tranquil villa, nestled between two greens of the Bom Sucesso golf course with excellent views of the fairways. It has a private swimming pool and many different seating areas where you can relax and read a book or just chill. For the more energetic there is ample space for playing ball games or kite flying. The stunning glass walls and patio doors unite the inside with the outdoors and create a spaciousness that gives the impression of being both inside and outside at the same time. You can choose to eat 'al fresco' or indoors and still feel you are part of the same outdoors.
The villa has a large comfortable lounge and two double, ensuite bedrooms and two twin rooms with a shared bathroom. It also has Wifi, cable, DVD and a Nespresso machine and can accommodate 8 people with ease.
When you are tired of relaxing you can make use of the three bicycles provided or play a round of golf at Bom Sucesso or at either of the other two courses ( Praia del Rey and Royal Obidos ) that are within easy reach. There is a communal pool and children's playground in the Bom Sucesso Spa resort and just a 5 mins. walk will take you to the restaurants and shops, golf club house and new hotel opening in summer 2013.

Location
The villa is located between two greens of the Bom Sucesso Golf Course and Design Resort with excellent views of the fairways.
There is sailing on the Obidos lagoon and you are just a short drive away from the beaches and the mediaeval town of Obidos.
A 25 minute drive along the coast from the villa is the resort of Baleal and the fishing port of Peniche, famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants, bars and a modern shopping centre for that essential retail therapy.
Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.
