    Description

    Villa Lagoa is a new, contemporary styled and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa with private pool and garden. It is very near the Obidos Lagoon and is fully furnished and equipped ready for your holiday.

    There are two first floor bedrooms with en-suites and large sliding doors giving access to private balconies, a further bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to garden, via large patio doors. There is a large comfortable open plan dining and socializing area with large sliding doors leading to garden and pool area.

    The villa is an end of row plot, situated in a quiet village, itself within an area of outstanding natural beauty.

    The local area provides plenty of varied activities with well-known golf courses at Praia D'el Rey and Bom Successo just a few minutes drive away. Portugal’s largest well known salt water lagoon is also only a few minutes away offering tranquil water for swimming and sailing. For more exciting Atlantic open water blue flagged beaches with stunning views, a short drive to the mouth of the lagoon is all that is required.

    Although located in a quiet village, for that peaceful holiday, it is easily accessible from Lisbon in just under an hour by car. The whole of the Silver coast area is within easy reach, offering a wide variety of historic towns, with the nearby walled town of Obidos a must see. As well as outstanding countryside, there is a wide variety of beaches - some calm and quiet - others the perfect surfing areas for the more active. Each town offers its own local Portuguese friendliness and hospitality with a variety of cafes and restaurants.

    Location

    The villa is only a few minutes walk from the Obidos Lagoon and a ten minute drive from the famous Praia Del Rey golf course. Peniche is a twenty minute drive away and is a great place to eat fresh fish cooked over a barbecue down by the quay side. There is a five star Marriott hotel on the Praia D'el Rey golf course along with a club house which is open to the public.

    A 20 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche, famous for its surfing and fish restaurants respectively. Obidos is a 15 minute drive away and Caldas Da Rainha is 20 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.

    Lisbon is a 1 hours drive away, and Oporto only 3 hours away.
