Description
A stunning new build 4 bedroomed house, designed by the award winning architect Souto Moura and located on the Bom Sucesso Design Golf Resort.
The house is next to the 12th fairway, with amazing views across the 40ft., private, heated infinity pool and out towards the lake and golf course. It is south west facing and enjoys sunshine all day long.
There is a very large 35 ft. lounge, with an amazing 60 inch plasma screen satellite television, a separate dining room and modern fully equipped kitchen, all lead out into the landscaped garden and heated pool.
The villa can sleep eight people with ease. There is an en suite master bedroom, an en suite double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is also a jacuzzi. The property is fully furnished throughout with full air conditioning for cooling and heating.
There are luxury Indian ocean sun loungers for relaxing in the garden and soaking up the views.

The award winning Architect Souto Moura who designed the villa received the Pritzker Prize in 2011, a prestigious award given annually by the Hyatt World Foundation and considered the equivalent of the Nobel of architecture. The villa is located by the 12th fairway of the Bom Sucesso Golf Course and Design Resort with great views of the lake and golf course.
A 25 minute drive along the coast from the villa is the resort of Baleal and the fishing port of Peniche, famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.
Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.
